Welcome!
G'day and thanks for stopping by! I'm a 20 something knitter living in Brisbane, Australia. I've been knitting on and off since I was in grade 5, but moreso during my pregnancies. My last (and I mean last!) pregnancy had my knitting a flurry and the urge to knit is with me still :) I'm trying to stretch out my repatoire, currently working on creating dishcloth patterns.
'Sharon' Knitted Washcloth
Here it is, my very first dishcloth pattern! (I apologize for the dodgy photo!) Also, I scanned it fresh from being knitted, so it isn't 'blocked'.
I guess I'm what you could call a 'middle of the range' knitter :) I love to knit things like baby clothes, beanies, wrist warmers and dishcloths. One of my in-the-works items at the moment is a cardigan for myself. I prefer to knit things that I can finish within one or two days, so this cardie is somewhat of a challenge! I'll knit it for a few hours, then put it away for weeks at a time - hopefully it'll be ready for next winter, lol.
